#9

#9 is an ale whose mysterious palate will swirl across your tongue and ask more questions than it answers. This sort of dry, crisp, refreshing, not-quite pale ale is made with a secret ingredient that introduces a most unusual aroma profile which is balanced by a residual sweetness. Our gateway beer, #9 is very accessible to all palates. #9 is 4.6% ABV, its SRM is 9, and its IBUs are 18. It is made with Pale and Crystal malts and Zeus and Cascade hops.

#9

Circus Boy

Circus Boy…He’s alive! An unfiltered and unfettered American-style hefeweizen is spiced with lemongrass. This unique and refreshing offering is brewed with Wheat, Pale, and Cara malts, Amarillo and German Magnum hops and has an SRM of 11, 18 IBUs, and is 4.5% ABV. For best results of this unfiltered treat, pour off ¾ of your bottle, swirl, and pour the rest.

hiPA

hIPA (rhymes with “by the bay”) is a rejuvenating ode to spring that begins and ends with big, bountiful bites of hops and maintains the barest hint of a malty middle just before its long, dry finish. This highly-hopped ale demands to be paired with strong, spicy foods. hIPA is 6% alcohol by volume with 50 IBUs and a 6.8 SRM. It is made with Pale Malted Barley malts with Zeus acting as hops and dry hops.

Luky Kat

ucky Kat purrs as he pours with a grin on his mangy face and a grin in his searching eye. He sits on the fence he calls home, dividing up from down. Is he an imperial beast or a pale soul from the east? Only he knows and we know only this: if you reach out to pet him he'll bite back with a big, hoppy kiss.

Hocus PocusLucky Kat

Hocus Pocus

A light, crisp ale for mowing lawns, hitting lazy fly balls, and communing with nature, Hocus Pocus’s malty sweetness finishes tart and crisp. It is best-appreciated with a wedge of orange and we offer it as a sacrifice to cloudless days. Our take on a classic summer wheat is brewed with Pale, Wheat, and Acidulated malts and Cascade and Zeus hops. It’s IBUs are 20, it has an SRM of 5, and is 4.5% ABV.

Jinx

Jinx prepares the bones for snow. It is a full-bodied strong ale the color of a maple’s golden leaves in the season’s fading sun. Finished with a touch of peat-smoked whisky malt, this autumnal strong ale offers sweet, toasty aromas of caramel, tea, and smoke, with deep flavors of dark candy sugar balanced by spicy hop bitterness. Brewed with Pale, Crystal, Chocolate, Munich, and Peat malts and Zeus hops, Jinx has 22 IBUs, an SRM of 22, and an alcohol volume of 6.9%.

Roxy Rolles

A wintry ode to the open road, Roxy Rolles is a wintry amber ramble of sweet caramelized malt and spicy hops. This hoppy amber ale was created for those who make who blaze their own trails. Roxy Rolles is brewed with Pale, Light Crystal, and Dark Crystal malts and Brewers Gold and Simco hops, Jinx is also dry-hopped with Simco and has 40 IBUs, an SRM of 25, and an alcohol volume of 5.8%.
